Erdogan guards in DC brawl

- Joe Tacopino

Security guards for Turkish President Recep Erdogan attacked protesters outside the Washington, DC, home of the Turkish ambassador Tuesday, the same day Erdogan met with President Trump.

The brawl erupted when Erdogan’s security detail encountered demonstrators carrying the flag of the Kurdish PYD party outside the residence, The Guardian reported. Two people were injured and two were arrested, one for assaulting a cop. It wasn’t clear if those busted were guards or protesters.
