Iraqis close in on ISIS

Iraqi forces have surrounded ISIS militants in Mosul’s Old City, leaving the extremists in control of only about 10 percent of the western half of the city, a military spokesman said Tuesday.

The battles in that last militant holdout have slowed because the area is densely populated, Brig. Gen. Yahya Rasool said.
