Jet-crash twist

The Learjet that crashed in Carlstadt, NJ, on Monday, killing its two crew members, did not report any problems to air traffic control a minute before it nosedived, federal investigator Jim Silliman said Tuesday.

Its landing approach was going smoothly, he said.
