Boxer still K-‘Owes’ $200K for sex tape
Gal keeps fighting for court settlement
Yo, Adrien — pay up! Brash boxer Adrien Broner hasn’t paid a penny of the $206,858 he owes a Vegas waitress who successfully sued him for putting their sex tape online, according to court papers.
Andrea Reyes filed for a judgment in Brooklyn Supreme Court ahead of Broner’s Saturday-night bout at Barclays Center against Mikey Garcia — and says that if the pugilist known as “The Problem” doesn’t settle his debt, she’ll go to court in whichever city hosts his next fight.
Adding to Broner’s woes: he lost the Barclays bout by unanimous decision.
“We’ll just keep chasing him,” Reyes’ lawyer, Kevin Hansen, told The Post.
The boxer reportedly has earned $6 million in five fights since 2013.
Reyes was working at M&M Soul Food Cafe in Las Vegas when she met Broner in 2013. The two dated for a few months before Broner suggested a ménage à trois with a Texas stripper. Reyes agreed, on the condition the footage stay private.
Instead, the video surfaced online and Reyes sued. Broner, 28, who has a long rap sheet, claimed in court he didn’t intentionally post the sex tape, insisting he simply lost the “ho phone” on which he shot it.
A Nevada jury awarded Reyes $135,000 for pain and suffering, $40,000 for lost wages and more in fees and interest.
“She’s frustrated,” attorney Hansen said. “When you win a judgment, you win a piece of paper that says someone owes you money, and that’s kind of what it’s worth.”
Broner did not respond to requests for comment.
