WHICH famous faces had the best and worst summer? We’re asking Page Six readers to vote for which big boldface names from the worlds of show business, politics, business and fashion rode on the crest of a wave or sank like the Titanic — who killed it and who croaked it this summer. Stars who won the summer could include the likes of dashing duo J-Rod, Beyoncé, who gave birth to twins, or George Clooney, who also welcomed twins then sold his Casamigos Tequila (co-owned with Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman) for a mere $1 billion. The lineup of losers could include Pharma Bro Martin Shkreli, who was convicted of wire and securities fraud, as well as — according to one rejected juror —“disrespecting the WuTang Clan.” And there’s Gov. Chris Christie, who was already the most unpopular New Jersey governor of all time before his standing took an even bigger plunge when he was photographed sunbathing on a beach he had closed to the public. Aside from Clooney, Beyoncé and J-Rod, nominees for Winner of the Summer include Prince Harry’s girlfriend Meghan Markle, DJ Khaled and Kendrick Lamar. Loser nominees include Shkreli, Christie, Tiger Woods, Kathy Griffin and Louise Linton, the snotty wife of Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin.
