The pregnant Brooklyn teen who miraculously survived getting shot twice in the head was hit when the man with whom she was chatting ducked as the shooter fired at him, sources said Monday.

Witnesses told cops it was the second time the man had escaped an attempt on his life since June, sources said.

Tytianna Sparks, 19, was hit by two bullets fired from inside a silver car with tinted windows at around 12:45 p.m. in Brownsville Sunday, sources said.

Sparks, who is fivemonths pregnant, had expected to learn the gender of her unborn baby Monday, her mom said, but instead was unconscious and on life support following 4¹/2 hours of brain surgery at Brookdale Hospital.

Ruth Sparks, 59, said one bullet struck the middle of her daughter’s forehead and exited the rear of her skull, while the other went in one side of her head and out the other.

Despite the grievous inju- ries, Tytianna’s doctors “said they didn’t think she’ll have any brain damage,” her mom explained.

“The doctor said the baby is good,” she added.

Tytianna’s aunt, Roslyn Capers, 60, said, “We believe she had an angel watching over her.”

Cops obtained surveillance video from a nearby bodega and were using it to try to find both the gunman and the intended target, who ran away after the shooting, sources said.

No one would identify the target by name, including a female pal of Tytianna’s who had walked across the street with her to talk with him, sources said.

Cops found a spent 9mm cartridge, a bullet and a bullet fragment at the scene outside Sparks’ home in a public-housing building in Brownsville.

Relatives visited Tytianna in the hospital, where Capers said her niece was “completely sedated” with her head wrapped in bandages.

“She has two black eyes, and her face is all swollen,” the aunt said. “We are praying that she will be up and around next week.’’

The victim’s sister, Corrine Sparks, 37, said her sibling’s injuries “could have been much worse,” noting the bullet “wasn’t meant for her; it was meant for someone else, and she caught it.”
