Up-skirt video bust
A city teacher’s assistant has been charged with using his cellphone to record up a teen’s skirt, police said.
Michale Olan, 29, was on board a southbound 6 train when he allegedly aimed the device up her skirt near White Plains Road and Pelham Parkway at about 4:30 p.m. Monday.
Two officers patrolling the train witnessed the incident and arrested him.
Olan, a Department of Education paraprofessional, was charged with felony unlawful surveillance, officials said.
“These allegations are completely unacceptable and Mr. Olan was immediately suspended without pay pending the resolution of this criminal matter,” a department spokesman told The Post.
