Rocker-wife Ann Dexter-Jones lists stylish Village pad,

- By JENNIFER GOULD KEIL

THE gorgeous Greenwich Village spread of jewelry designer Ann Dexter-Jones is asking $4.99 million.

Dexter-Jones — a mainstay on the New York social scene who married the love of her life, Foreigner’s Mick Jones (couple inset), for the second time in March — owns a two-bedroom parlor floor duplex inside the Portsmouth, a six-story co-op known at 42 W. 9th St.

The Portsmouth, on a tree-lined “Gold Coast” block between Fifth and Sixth avenues, is a Queen Anne-style beauty built in 1883.

Dexter-Jones’ unit is 2,075 square feet, with 11-foot ceilings, four woodburning fire- places, wide-plank floors, custom built-in cabinetry, a chef ’s kitchen, exposed beams and original architectural details. There’s also a luxurious master bedroom suite with a spalike bathroom.

Dexter-Jones, we hear, will be moving to her husband’s loft on West Broadway — and fixing it up. “It’s roughly the same size [as the Portsmouth duplex], but all on one floor,” a friend says. “She will do something amazing with it.”

Brokers Mark Amadei and Roberta Golubock of Sotheby’s declined comment.

Dexter-Jones’ previous NYC homes have included a grand townhouse

sold to the Missoni family and a unit in the Upper West Side’s San Remo, at 145 Central Park West, where parties included guests like Mick Jagger, Paul McCartney,

Bruce Springsteen, John Lennon and Andy Warhol.

The couple first married in the Hamptons in 1985 after meeting at a party. They split in 2007, and remarried at City Hall earlier this year, posting a photo of themselves holding pink roses on Instagram.
