Pizzeria grope lawsuit
“Meatball Queen” chef Donatella Arpaia and celebrity lawyer Mark Geragos’ are being sued by a Staten Island woman who claims she was “aggressively groped” while working at their Grand Central pizzeria.
When Prova Pizzabar cashier Carmela Harding, 36, reported the Aug. 9 incident to her manager, she was fired, she claims in a Manhattan Supreme Court filed Thursday.
Arpaia’s lawyer, Tina Glandian, said, “The scurrilous allegations in the complaint are nothing more than a disgruntled employee’s retaliation.”
