CALL HER ‘LADY’ JILL

Grammy-winner Jill Scott (above) has joined the cast of “Black Lightning,” premiering midseason on The CW. She’ll play villain Lady Eve in the series, based on DC Comics characters. The series stars Cress Williams as masked vigilante Black Lightning.
