They were getting help from Rus- sell Salic, 37, who wired money to the US from the Philippines to fund the attack, the documents stated. He was arrested in New Jersey on May 21, 2016, pleaded guilty to terrorism charges on Oct. 13, 2016, and is scheduled to be sentenced on Dec. 12. Haroon was arrested in September 2016 in Pakistan. Salic was busted in April 2017 in the Philippines. Both are awaiting extradition to the US, the feds said.
