Fake Don ‘twit’ suit

- By JULIA MARSH jmarsh@nypost.com

A Texas woman is suing Twitter to unmask the owner of a Trump parody account she says has been cyberbullying her.

The harasser, who goes by the handle @DonlodTrump and other variations of the president’s name, has called Lindsey N. Shamblen, 32, of Tarrant County, Texas, a “fat slob,” accused her and her fiancé of bestiality, and even denigrated her ailing mother, according to the Manhattan civil suit.

The parody account uses Trump’s photos, but targets other accounts for harassment, publishing private information such as Social Security numbers and threatening to report them to abuse hot lines, the suit says.

Shamblen first noticed @DonlodTrump following her in January. She says he was nice at first, then started defaming her, saying she “supports dog abuse.”

In June, he broadcast a video of Shamblen’s fiancé holding their pet Chihua- hua and accused them of bestiality, according to court papers.

In September, he allegedly created an account under Shamblen’s mother’s name and displayed an image of her with the caption “Lindsey’s Sick Mom.” Shamblen says her mother suffers from a rare blood disease.

He has also posted the location of her childhood home, the name of her mother’s employer and specific details about her education, according to the suit.

Shamblen wants the subscriber information of the cyberbully so she can sue for defamation. She says the online attacks have caused her fear, humiliation and panic attacks.

The account has gone private, but its creator has boasted in other forums that he’ll never be arrested because he’s been clever about maintaining his anonymity, the suit says.
