‘Woman’ beats ‘Rat’

-

GAL Gadot confirmed Page Six’s scoop that embattled power producer Brett Ratner won’t be involved with “Wonder Woman 2.” We reported over the weekend that the actress had insisted she would only return in the superhero sequel if Ratner — who has been accused by several woman of sexual misconduct — was out. His company RatPac partially funded the first “Wonder Woman” with Gadot as the lead, and made a fortune from the success of the female-empowerment blockbuster. While Warner Bros. mouthpiece Jack

Horner and his cohorts desperately tried to backpedal, spinning to multiple outlets doubts about the story’s truthfulness, Gadot has now spoken up. When asked by “Today” anchor Savannah Guthrie on Wednesday about her Ratner ultimatum, she said, “Everyone knew what was the right thing to do . . . a lot has been written about my views and the way that I feel, and everyone knows the way that I feel because I’m not hiding anything. But the truth is, there are so many people involved in making this movie, it’s not just me, and they all echoed the same sentiments. You know what I mean?” Gadot — who refused to give an award to Ratner for a recent LA event — added that it had already been decided that Ratner was out: “Everyone knew what was the right thing to do, but there was nothing for me to actually come and say, ’cause it was already done before this article came out, you know?” Ratner has “categorically” denied the sexualharassment and misconduct allegations.
