Georgia rolls over Ga. Tech

Sony Michel ran for 85 yards and a touchdown, Jake Fromm threw two touchdown passes and No. 7 Georgia protected its playoff hopes with a 38-7 win over Georgia Tech on Saturday in Atlanta.

The Bulldogs (11-1, No. 7 CFP) had 247 yards rushing as Michel, Nick Chubb and D’Andre Swift ran for touchdowns. Fromm threw scoring passes of 21 yards to Javon Wims and 78 yards to Ahkil Crumpton.

Oklahoma 59, W. Virginia 31

In Norman Okla., Baker Mayfield threw for 281 yards and three touchdowns for Oklahoma (11-1, No. 4 CFP) after being punished for directing a lewd gesture toward the Kansas bench last week.

Wisconsin 31, Minnesota 0

In Minneapoli­s, Alex Hornibrook threw three touchdown passes without an intercepti­on for fifth-ranked Wisconsin (12-0, No. 5 CFP). Jonathan Taylor rushed for 149 yards on 20 carries.

In Columbia, S.C., Kelly Bryant threw two touchdowns to Hunter Renfrow and for No. 4 Clemson (11-1, No. 3 CFP).

Stanford 38, Notre Dame 20

In Stanford Calif., K.J. Costello threw two of his career-high four touchdown passes in the fourth quarter and No. 20 Stanford (9-3, No. 21 CFP) rallied past No. 9 Notre Dame (9-3, No. 8 CFP).

Michigan State, 40, Rutgers 7

Brian Lewerke threw for a touchdown and ran for another and No. 21 Michigan State (9-3, No. 16 CFP) beat Rutgers (4-8, 3-6) in Piscataway.
