Terrorist has new wife and baby in Bangladesh

DHAKA, Bangladesh — The Port Authority bomber is in an arranged marriage with a woman who still lives in Bangladesh — and the couple has a baby boy, local officials and family members revealed Tuesday.

Attacker Akayed Ullah’s Bangladeshi brood came to light when authorities announced that they’d grilled his 25-year-old wife, Jannatul Ferdous Jui, following his ISIS-inspired terror attack in Manhattan on Monday.

The couple have a 6-month-old son, officials said.

Other relatives, including his mother- and father-in-law — identified by local media as Julfiqar Haider and Mahfuza Akhtr — were also interrogated, although it’s unclear if they of- fered any useful intelligence.

Jui and Ullah married last year, according to Rohima Islam, the caretaker of the home where Jui’s parents live.

Relatives and cops said Ullah last visited his native country in September to see his wife and newborn son, before returning to the United States, where he’s lived since 2011.

During Ullah’s most recent visit, he mostly resided in a small apartment in Dhaka’s Hazribagh area, according to his uncle, Abdul Ahad.

“He went out of his residence to offer prayers at a nearby mosque,” Ahad said.

“He stayed with his wife and 6month-old baby boy.”
