'REAL' BIG TWIST

'Housewife' was busted in bed with mystery Mr.

- By BRUCE GOLDING

When “Real Housewives of New York” star Luann de Lesseps drunkenly attacked a Florida cop, it was after she was found trespassing in a hotel room — in bed with an unidentified man, according to a police report.

De Lesseps, 52, and her male pal allegedly entered Room 407 at the Colony Hotel in Palm Beach while a maid was finishing up turn-down service Saturday night.

A security guard who went to the room found the couple in bed and told de Lesseps — who was registered to stay in room 327 — and the man that they had to leave, reveals the police report, first obtained by The Post.

Following “multiple attempts to get both subjects to leave over a five-minute period,” the guard called for help, and two cops were sent to the scene at about 9:20 p.m.

When the cops arrived, they found de Lesseps and her longtime friend Julie Olson in the room, the report says.

Both women allegedly “smelled of an unknown alcoholic beverage, had slurred speech and appeared to be highly intoxicated.”

While Olson, 53, followed orders and left, de Lesseps locked herself in the bathroom and refused to come out, according to the report.

She finally opened the door when the guard began using a key on the lock, then allegedly shoved one of the cops, identified as “Officer O’Leary,” in the chest with her palm, then slammed the door on his face, “striking him in the forehead.”

After being handcuffed and put in the back of a police cruiser, the former French countess slipped out of her shackles and tried to escape, the report says.

De Lesseps — who in 2010 released a dance song titled “Money Can’t Buy You Class” — allegedly struggled and screamed, “I’m going to f--king kill you” as she was subdued by Officer Robert Mastrangelo, then kicked the squad car’s door to try to keep it from being closed on her.

She was hauled off to the Palm Beach police station and tossed in a holding cell, where she ranted that she was “going to f--king kill all of you,” the report says.

In an interview with The Post, Olson described the man in bed with de Lesseps as “a guy she had previously dated,” adding: “It’s not a big deal.”

Olson said de Lesseps left the hotel bar with the mystery man, who returned about 15 minutes later and asked Olson to help her friend, who “wouldn’t understand she was in the wrong room.”

Olson disputed the official account of her being in room 407 when cops arrived, insisting she only got as far as the hallway outside. She also denied being drunk, saying: “It was so early in the evening. I was fine.

“I went home, had a cup of tea and went to bed,” she added.

De Lesseps was released without bail Sunday morning after appearing in court on five counts.

Four are felonies, including battery of a law-enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence, while the fifth is a misdemeanor charge of disorderly intoxication.

De Lesseps later publicly apologized for her antics, tweeting that her visit to Palm Beach triggered “long-buried emotions” tied to her shortlived marriage to Tom D’Agostino, whom she wed there on Dec. 31, 2016.
