Three top members of the US Olympic gymnastics board resigned Monday over the pedophile scandal involving Larry Nassar.

USA Gymnastics Board Chairman Paul Parilla, Vice Chairman Jay Binder and Treasurer Bitsy Kelley announced they were stepping down from the sport’s national governing body amid growing anger over how it handled allegations that Nassar sexually abused its young athletes.

“We believe this step will allow us to more effectively move forward in implementing change within our organization,” said Kerry Perry, president and CEO of USA Gymnastics, in a statement.

The board’s shake-up came as 36 more victims of the former team doctor appeared in Michigan court for yet another day of heartwrenching impact statements.

More than 160 young women have appeared before the judge since last week — with at least 19 additional victims set to read their statements in court Tuesday. Nassar is expected to be sentenced af- ter the final victim speaks.

Those who spoke Monday included Emma Ann Miller, 15, who described being abused by Nassar for six years starting at age 10 — and said her family is still “getting billed for the appointments where I was sexually assaulted.”

Nassar was affiliated with Michigan State University when Miller began seeing him there for a back injury.

MSU spokesman Jason Cody said Monday in an e-mail that the university would stop billing Miller and other Nassar victims.

Other Nassar victims who spoke Monday included Kamerin Moore, a former member of the 2008-2009 Junior US National gymnastics team who said the serial predator once asked her if he could “videotape” himself doing a procedure on her.

A pregnant Moore, who was 10 when she began seeing Nassar, initially was not going to speak in court. “I didn’t want this child I’m carrying to be in the same room with a child molester,” she said.

“You called me your guinea pig because you would always try out your new techniques on me,” Moore said. “I’m mad at myself when I think about every time you put your fingers inside of me and I continued to trust you no matter how disgusted and embarrassed I was.”
