A Bronx grandmom was stabbed to death early Saturday by her deranged live-in boyfriend, police said — leaving her bereft family planning to break the news of the murder to the grandchildren on Mother’s Day.

“I have no more tears left,” Terean Wilkins, 39, told The Post in an exclusive interview at the Morris Heights building where, less than a day before, her mom, Sheila Williams (inset), 60, was killed. “I have to keep strong for the children.”

Responding officers were able to tase Tyrone Crawley, 67, as he tried to jump out a bedroom window, police said.

Wilkins was visiting with her 3-month-old daughter and three nieces in Williams’ Sedgwick Avenue apartment when Crawley — a cook who kept numerous sharp knives — suddenly awoke in a rage after a long nap.

“My mother went back in the bedroom and he went in behind her,” Wilkins told The Post. “He pushed her down. She tried to get up and he pushed her back down. He was still mumbling.

“Get off my mother!’ ” Wilkins screamed. “I thought he was punching her . . . but he was stabbing her.” Horrified, Wilkins — who lives in the same building — rushed the kids away from the horror.

When cops arrived at 1:54 a.m., they found Crawley standing over Williams’ bloody body, according to police sources.

He made a break for it and officers tased him.

The grandmother of eight had stab wounds to the neck and legs and was pronounced dead at the scene. The weapon — which Wilkins said was a folding knife Crawley often attached to his belt — has not been recovered.

Crawley was charged with second-degree murder and other raps.
