Dept. brawler busted for ‘DUI’

- Amanda Woods

There he goes again. An FDNY firefighter who was previously busted for a boozy bar fight was arrested again early Saturday for drunken driving and speeding, cops said.

Police first spotted Michael Profeta, 37, speeding and erratically changing lanes on the BQE near the Wythe Avenue exit. They pulled him over at Tillary and Gold streets at about 12:35 a.m.

When officers confronted him, he showed signs of being drunk, cops said.

He was charged with driving while intoxicated, moving from a lane unsafely, driving while ability impaired, a violation of driving above the speed limit and refusal to take a Breathalyzer test.

Profeta was one of three Bravest who were busted in April 2016 for allegedly beating up a man during a fight at a pub at Citi Field.

Profeta, John Martin and Anthony Cardazone were cuffed after repeatedly slugging a man inside McFadden’s Restaurant and Saloon on 126th Street near 37th Avenue in Flushing — hours after the Mets’ home opener, police said.

Profeta and Martin were each arrested on charges of assault and disorderly conduct and given desk appearance tickets, while Cardazone was charged with resisting arrest, assault and disorderly conduct and taken to Central Booking, according to police.

Several hours later, an FDNY EMT was busted after cops found him intoxicated inside his car in Queens.

Cops found Brian McIntyre drunk at the wheel of his parked car — with the engine running — at Beach 24th Street and Seagirt Boulevard in Far Rockaway around 8:20 a.m., police said.

Cardazone had previously posed shirtless on the 2010 FDNY annual charity calendar.
