Michael Cohen on Sunday tweeted for the first time since pleading guilty to campaign-finance violations and other crimes — thanking people for contributing to his legal defense fund and wishing him a happy birthday.

President Trump’s former lawyer, who turned 52 on Saturday, said he wanted “to personally thank all those who #DM me on my birthday expressing #love #Continued Strength #WellWishes and #support” for his GoFundMe page.

The online fundraiser, set up by Cohen’s attorney, Lanny Davis, has drummed up $159,961 in donations over the past four days — but is aiming for $500,000.

Cohen also tweeted thanks to ousted White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman, who had retweeted a since-deleted post from Davis saying Cohen “has decided to tell the truth” about Trump.

“Thank you @OMAROSA. See you in #NewYork soon,” he wrote.

Cohen on Tuesday pleaded guilty to tax evasion, bank fraud and campaign-finance violations — saying in court that he and Trump paid two women hush money “for the purpose of influencing the election.”

Trump has since vented about his former attorney and “fixer” on Twitter.

“If anyone is looking for a good lawyer, I would strongly suggest that you don’t retain the services of Michael Cohen!” Trump tweeted last week.

He also claimed Cohen had “nothing to do with the campaign.”
