THE divorce between Prince Charles’ second cousin Ashley Hicks and his American wife, Kata de Solis, is getting nasty. De Solis, now seven months pregnant with the couple’s second child, learned in August that Hicks was cheating on her with her friend, Martina Mondadori Sartogo.

She immediately moved out. Sources say Hicks is stalling on an agreement to provide de Solis with his apartment in London, and the former fashion exec is living in Hicks’ country house.

“He put deadbolts on interior doors, so [she’s] relegated to a small wing of the house,” an insider told me. “Any hopes for an amicable divorce are out the window.”

Martina’s lawyer sent a letter to Kata in November accusing her of illegally obtaining Hicks’ e-mails that proved their affair, and threatening to sue Kata if she did not delete them.

But Kata’s lawyer replied that Hicks’ e-mails were on a computer he shared with his wife, and were fair game.

“Your client [Martina] has been having an affair with our client’s husband during the time that our client was pregnant with her second child. That is not a private matter,” Kata’s lawyer wrote.

Martina’s publicist stated in September that her relationship with Hicks was over.

Hicks and Martina did not respond to requests for comment.

GRACE Jones — the “Slave to the Rhythm” singer who discovered Dolph Lundgren when he was a nightclub bouncer — was a pal of Mick Jagger, Peter Vecsey reports. The late Bobby Caviano, who was Grace’s manager, once told Vecsey she “used to get together in a hotel with Mick Jagger every once and a while, and bounce off the walls for hours on end” . . . THE Hanukkah worshippers at Temple Emanu-El had a pleasant surprise when the cantor and choir performed a doowop version of “I Have a Little Dreidel.” The singers all wore sunglasses. The congregation applauded.
