Weird BUT true

An Indiana Grinch mauled Christmas.

The man, caught on a neighbor’s surveillance camera, drove his black SUV to a Greenwood home that had a 12-foot-tall inflatable holiday snowman on the lawn. The driver mowed down the decoration and fled.

“It’s kinda scary,” said resident Casie Arnold. “There’s lots of young children around here.”

A Florida school vending machine offered kids chips, candy bars, soft drinks — and a rat.

Video of the rodent crawling around inside the Atlantic Community HS machine in Delray Beach went viral before grossed-out officials had the machine removed and called an exterminator.

Two Minnesota cops, after dealing with a noise complaint at an apartment, stuck around to play video games with the young guys who had made the racket.

Jovante Williams posted footage of the scene in his St. Paul place, gloating: “SO NEIGHBORS CALLED THE COPS ON US AND NOW WE FIGHTING THEM…IN SMASH BROS.”

Meowch! A runaway cat snarled morning rush-hour traffic in Brown County, Wis., on Tuesday.

Drivers slowed to a crawl as the kitty ran between cars on the Highway 172 bridge before being caught by cops and quarantined at the Humane Society.

Georgia Walmart employees are struggling to find the writer of a love letter found in the store — dated July 30, 1954.

It’s unclear how the 64year-old note from Max to his “honey” Martha Young ended up in the Dalton location. But employees are sharing its contents to find the rightful owner.

After Max writes that he had to borrow the paper for his note, he tells Martha, “Take care of yourself honey and stay sweet and remember I love you. Good night sweetheart. Lots of love Max.”
