Weird BUT true

- Natalie Musumeci,

It’s the hottest deal in town.

A Florida real-estate agent listed a property for $99,000 with a photo of a three-bedroom home totally engulfed in flames.

The listing asks potential buyers to “come build your dream home” — because the current house on the St. Petersburg property was heavily damaged in a fire and ordered by the city to be demolished. Girl’s gone wild. A Nebraska woman was arrested for allegedly exposing her breasts to motorists.

Cops say Tiffany Turley, 33, took her shirt off, showing off her body, and waved the shirt above her head as she shouted at passing cars on a busy Lincoln street.

When cops confronted Turley, she exposed her chest again before covering up, authorities say. Now that’s a birthday gift. A Georgia woman identified as Joyce W. scored a $100,000 lottery prize in the July 27 Powerball drawing, just in time for her birthday.

The lucky numbers Joyce used were a combination of her birthday, the age she turned, as well as her mother’s and her husband’s birthdays.

“I’m so happy and surprised,” Joyce, 61, told Georgia lottery officials.

This jogger almost met a grizzly end.

Sherry Moore, a Colorado woman, was charged at by a bear while out for a run in Canada. She caught the incident on video as she stopped to take a selfie on a trail near Whistler, British Columbia.

“Right as I take the picture, this bear just jumps down onto the trail,” said Moore, who bolted and waited until it left.

A Tennessee invader made herself right at home.

When a woman returned to her Memphis home she found 41-year-old Lanesia Lee wearing her clothes. The strange woman had also cooked a meal and even drank a bottle of her wine.

Lee was arrested on a burglary charge.
