Mrs. Chapo eyes 'Cartel' TV role

Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman might finally be able to see his beauty-queen wife — on a prison TV.

Emma Coronel Aispuro, the 30-year-old spouse of the notorious drug kingpin, is in talks to join VH1’s “Cartel Crew,” TMZ reported Monday.

The leggy brunette was recently spotted on a yacht in Miami, having a face-to-face meeting with current cast member Michael Blanco, the youngest son of so-called cocaine godmother Griselda Blanco, according to TMZ.

Blanco and his partner Marie met with Coronel in an effort to get her to join the reality TV show — and a deal is on the table, TMZ said.

The Miami-set show, currently in its second season, follows the lives of people with past links to cartels — making Coronel a perfect candidate.

“La Reinita,” or the little queen, was a mainstay at her 62-year-old hubby’s highprofile drug-trafficking trial in Brooklyn federal court — during which one witness accused her of helping spring him from a Mexican prison in 2015, although Coronel never was charged with a crime.

Guzman was found guilty of running the notorious Sinaloa Cartel in February and sentenced to life behind bars — plus another 30 years for good measure.

The runty drug lord is serving his sentence at a supermax prison in Colorado — dubbed “the Alcatraz of the Rockies” — but is barred from seeing

Coronel in the flesh thanks to stringent security restrictions.

Inmates at the lockup do get a television, but only a 4-inch window to the outside world.

A former teenage beauty queen who was born in the US and holds dual Mexican and US citizenship, Coronel married “El Chapo” — or “Shorty” — in 2007 when she was 18.

The pair have two young twin daughters, Emaly and Maria Joaquina, who also made courtroom appearances during El Chapo’s trial.

But the randy drug trafficker was shown to be a prolific cheater during the proceeding, with one of his mistresses even being called to testify as Coronel watched.

It’s unclear how much Coronel will be able to spill about her life in one of Mexico’s most feared crime families if she ends up appearing on the show.

It isn’t the only project she has in the works. Following El Chapo’s conviction, Coronel registered a trademark with the US Patent and Trademark Office for “El Chapo Guzman” to market a line of cellphone cases, hats, T-shirts and sweatshirts.
