Latest woes for ‘panty pilferer’
Alleged panty-stealing music executive Adam Lublin has been indicted on charges related to the alleged sexual abuse of a former co-worker when he was a vice president at sports and entertainment giant AEG, The Post has learned.
Wearing a tuxedo with no tie, Lublin, 43, was arraigned Monday in Manhattan Supreme Court on two indictments that included seven counts of sexual abuse and burglary related to three victims.
The new charges include a count of first-degree sexual abuse involving an AEG co-worker whom he allegedly abused at her home on Nov. 22, 2015.
Assistant DA Ryan Hayward said that Lublin had asked to stay at the accuser’s home the night before a trip because she lived near the airport.
“The complaining witness woke up when she felt the defendant’s fingers inside her vagina,” Hayward said.
Lublin left AEG in 2017. It’s unclear whether AEG — which was made aware of the incident by a co-worker of the woman — fired him over his alleged conduct in that case.
In the second indictment, Lublin faces six felony counts of burglary and sexual abuse for alleged crimes against two other women.
He pleaded not guilty Monday and Justice Laura Ward set bail at $1 million for the new case.
Lublin was first hauled into Manhattan court in September for allegedly sneaking into a neighbor’s apartment in Battery Park City, groping her and stealing her panties.
“The victim went to bed in her apartment, didn’t lock her apartment door and awoke around 5 a.m. to a white man with dark hair, heavy-set, leaning over her bed and touching her vagina,” Assistant DA Elizabeth Clerkin said at an arraignment for the Sept. 14 incident.
Lublin was vice president of talent for AEG for nearly a decade, then went on to work for First Access Entertainment.
His lawyer, Scott Leemon, declined to comment but previously said his client would rely on the presumption of innocence. AEG didn’t immediately return a request for comment.
