His ‘junk’ was deformed, ‘vic’ testifies
An ex-actress who claims Harvey Weinstein raped her told jurors at his trial Friday that his genitalia were so “deformed,” she actually pitied him — and that he shot himself with an erection drug moments before one of the alleged attacks.
“The first time I saw him fully naked, I felt, I thought he was deformed and intersex,” Jessica Mann, 34, a key accuser, told Manhattan Supreme Court jurors during Weinstein’s rape and sexualassault trial.
“He has extreme scarring that I didn’t know if maybe he was a burn victim. He does not have testicles and it appears like he has a vagina,” Mann said as Weinstein bowed his head while seated at the defense table.
Mann said when she initially saw Weinstein in the buff, she performed consensual oral sex on him.
“When I first saw him naked, I was filled with compassion, absolute compassion,” she said through tears, adding, “It seemed his anger came from a place of shame.”
Even though Mann and Weinstein — who she called a “Jekylland-Hyde” type — occasionally had consensual sexual encounters, she claims he raped her twice, forced oral sex on her, peed on her and coerced her into a threesome.
Mann, a one-time aspiring actress who grew up in a trailer park in Washington state, said the Hollywood heavyweight first raped her on March 18, 2013, at the Doubletree in Midtown.
She claims that ahead of a breakfast at the hotel, Weinstein took her up to a room, forced her to undress and raped her.
Mann said she “attempted twice to open the door and leave and he locked the door both times.”
Then, Mann said, she “kind of shut down a little bit and he told me to undress.”
“He stood over me until I was completely naked and he told me to lay on the bed,” Mann told jurors, adding that Weinstein then briefly walked into the bathroom.
“Then he came out naked and he got on top of me and that’s when he put himself inside of me, his penis inside of me,” she said. Following the alleged attack, she said, she “ran into the bathroom,” where she saw an erection-inducing syringe in the trash. “He stabbed himself with a needle and there has to be blood and he was inside of me,” Mann said she thought. “I was kind of in shock over that.” Mann, a hairstylist, then detailed a later November 2013 encounter in which she claims Weinstein again raped her — this time at the Peninsula Hotel in Los Angeles. “He ripped me up from the chair and the table and he was screaming, ‘ You owe me. You owe me one more time,’ as he was dragging me into the bedroom,” she sobbingly told jurors. Then Weinstein “pushed” her legs apart and “penetrated me” before he shoved his penis in her mouth, Mann said. But Weinstein, 67, is only facing charges for the alleged March 2013 incident. Mann, who first met Weinstein at a party in the Hollywood Hills in late 2012 or early 2013, told jurors that the disgraced movie mogul bragged about his powerful connections and “loved to tell me that Bill Clinton was his neighbor.”
She said she even witnessed Weinstein taking calls from the former president.
She also testified that Weinstein once pressured her into giving him a massage and that his back was full of “blackheads.”
Weinstein would “talk very dirty” and “he would say, ‘ Do you like my big fat Jewish d--k,’” according to Mann.
Following the disturbing daylong testimony, Weinstein shrugged off Mann’s claims about his “deformed” genitalia.
When asked by a reporter whether Mann’s description of his body was accurate, he sarcastically muttered, “Yeah, perfect,” as he exited the courtroom.
Weinstein faces up to life in prison on predatory sexual assault and rape charges stemming from the allegations of three women — Mann, former “Project Runway” producer Miriam “Mimi” Haleyi, and actress Annabella Sciorra.
