Brooklyn site for statue

The state is considering Brooklyn Bridge Park as a location to erect a statue of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Gov. Cuomo said Monday.

The governor, speaking during a conference call with reporters, called the Brooklyn-born Supreme Court justice “a generational role model and champion,” adding the tribute’s site might “overlook the Statue of Liberty.”
