Revel hits woman, 82

A Revel scooter struck an 82-year-old woman near Columbus Circle Tuesday morning, leaving her in critical condition, police said.

A preliminary investigation determined the woman was crossing against the light at Broadway and West 60th Street at 8 a.m. when the scooter hit her, police and sources said.

She was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital.

In a statement, a Revel spokesperson said, “We are aware of reports of an accident this morning in New York City.

“We’re actively investigating alongside local officials to determine the details of the incident.”
