Weird BUT true

Are two snake heads more frightening better than one?

A North Carolina woman was stunned to find the mutant foot-long infant rat snake slithering around her Alexander County home.

Jeannie Wilson dubbed the reptile “Double Trouble.”

The reptile will live out its life at the Catawba Science Center.

That’s nuts! Muhammad Rashid of Pakistan broke a Guinness World Record when he cracked 254 walnuts with his head in one minute during a TV special.

He accomplished the feat going head-to-head with S. Navin Kumar of India (who cracked 239 in a minute) during an episode of “La Notte dei Record” in Italy.

A Massachusetts cop solved what could have been a pretty stinky situation.

Officer Eric Hanley of the Tewksbury Police Department was able to “safely and quickly” rescue a skunk that got its head stuck in a container over the weekend, his department noted on Facebook.

And he did it “without injury . . . or any unpleasant odors,” the department wrote.

A clan of alligator hunters in Arkansas unofficially broke a state record when they bagged a gator measuring nearly 14 feet long.

Travis Bearden was out on Merrisach Lake with his brother, father and a family pal when they spotted the gigantic gator in the water.

“We don’t really have an official state record, but keep data on length, and it’s the longest,” Trey Reid of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission confirmed.

They were itching for wealth, so they scratched.

A lucky North Carolina couple scored a $100,000 lottery prize just a day after winning $100 from a scratch-off ticket.

Nancy and Dean Kelly of Hickory said their system paid off.

“He picks them out and I scratch them,” Nancy said.

Dean added, “She’s always been lucky . . . That’s why I don’t mind that she scratches.”
