Say, “cheese.” A Massachusetts man recently scored a $1 million lottery jackpot while picking up a pizza. Thomas Napiorkowski, of South Hadley, was getting his order from the Uno Pizzeria & Grill at the Holyoke Mall when he decided on the impulse purchase. He plans to buy his wife a car.

A Seattle dad is working hard to help his baby gain the “Freshman 15.” After doctors told Rudy Willingham that his 8-month-old daughter should take in more calories, he had a unique thought: since beer bongs cause college students to gain weight, maybe they’d work for his girl, too. “Gained a ton of weight this way in college, so I figured it could do the same for her,” Willingham, 36, captioned a TikTok video of him feeding Lily formula through a beer bong.

The Weber, Utah, fire department said in a Facebook post Saturday that a “concerned citizen” had stopped by the firehouse to “inform the crew of a cat that had been stuck in a tree for the last 4 days.” A fire team responded to the scene and saved the kitty, which then “ran off to get some much needed food and water,” the department said.

Ohio police recovered 46 pounds of marijuana in a recent traffic stop.

Ottawa County sheriff’s deputies stopped a truck for speeding Sunday, and as authorities spoke with the motorist, they smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. They estimated the stash they found to be worth about $55,000.
