Meghan trouble from the start

-

WHILE the British realm respects its nonagenarian longest reigning monarch in history, Queen Elizabeth was disrespected by a selfish publicitycrazed previously married foreigner. How possibly could this useless grandson Prince Empty have happened to Her Majesty? His wife Me Me Meghan wanted fame. She got it. She wanted money. She got it. Rumors circulated beforehand about this creature on the hunt for both.

She trashed palace rules. Excoriated staffers. Upset servants. Alienated her sister-in-law. Caused a rift with her brother-in-law. Thumbed her nose at tradition. Triggered lawsuits. Dumped her father. Dumped a former best friend. Manipulated her own p.r.. Disrespected Prince Philip and the queen.

And everyone, everything, everybody, every issue has been skewed or misinterpreted according to Me Me Meghan, while the former HRH blinks into cameras his wife’s paid press reps anoint.

Basically a nothing in terms of the universe, she’ll keep him — like any other household pet — on a leash because — as she ages or widens and tires us — she needs him. Prince Empty, forced to entertain himself, might resurrect his Nazi costume with its swastika and look for a friend.

Lady Colin Campbell, whose done books on Diana and written the heavily researched incendiary job “Meghan and Harry: The Real Story” just sent me this from London: “What a palaver this whole Meghan business is becoming. She’s cooked her goose in Britain. They’d sooner blow up the palace rather than ever have her on the balcony again. The sentiment extends to Harry.”
