IN his “Jackass” days, Bam Margera pulled puerile stunts including locking a live alligator in the kitchen with his mom, punching his dad while he sat on the toilet, peeing on the faces of the cast and plummeting into a snake pit. He even said, “I’m sure I’ll be in a wheelchair by the time I’m 40, if I even make it there.” Margera has actually made it to 41, but not without the director of “Jackass” winning a restraining order against him. Jeff Tremaine claims Margera has finally pulled one unsavory stunt too far by allegedly sending him death threats, such as “I’m gonna kill you in one motherf - - king punch” and “keep it up fat boy and I will continue,” according to court documents. “Look at your children and grab your pocket book and write a check, if you are greedy, and cheap, look at your children again,” one of the messages allegedly read. Margera was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Tremaine, his wife Laura, and their two kids. Margera — who was not available for comment — has long suffered from substance and alcohol abuse. Page Six reported last year that he checked into rehab for a third time in one month. He said in April that “Jackass 4” producers forced him to go into rehab, but the treatment, “was the definition of f--king torture.” Rather like being his parents.
