A-Rod, J.Lo are LI neighbors

-

ALEX Rodriguez has moved into a Hamptons mansion once owned by Donald Trump Jr. and just a mile from Jennifer Lopez’s home.

A-Rod has rented a mansion in Bridgehampton — the former home of Don Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle which they sold in March for $8.14 million — this summer while he continues to look at property to buy in Manhattan and the Hamptons.

Rodriguez’s summer place is just over a mile from Lopez’s $10 million spread in Water Mill, where the former couple spent last summer with their kids.

The former Yankees slugger dined last Friday night with staffers from his company,

A-Rod Corp., at Sag Harbor restaurant Le Bilboquet — and immediately sparked new romance rumors by being spotted with an attractive brunette.

A witness said, “Alex had a long dinner on Friday with two women and his nephew, Nick Silva. A very attractive brunette at his table turned some heads at the packed restaurant, with some wondering if she was Alex’s new girlfriend.”

Other sources say the brunette is Liz Cohen, a business development manager at A-Rod Corp., and they’re not romantically involved.

A-Rod was also spotted Saturday night at a birthday party in the Hamptons for Ben Affleck’s ex, Lindsay Shookus. Insiders say he has known “SNL” exec Shookus for a while and had hung out with her and J.Lo together in the past.

Then on Monday, Rodriguez was seen having a family lunch at downtown hot spot Bar Pitti. He broke bread with his ex-wife, Cynthia Scurtis — as well as the couples’ daughters, Natasha and Ella, plus Scurtis’ husband, Angel Nicolas, and their young daughter, spies told Page Six. Also at the lunch was Silva, who also works at A-Rod Corp. A source said that the group is headed to stay with A-Rod at his Hamptons mansion.
