Joe misses point on FB

President Biden walked back his reckless charge that Facebook is “killing people” because it doesn’t move fast enough to suit him when it blocks posts casting doubt on COVID vaccines. But the president still doesn’t get the point that disagreement is not disinformation, especially when it comes to evolving science.

The failure to make that crucial distinction lies at the heart of Biden’s demand that socialmedia platforms censor anyone who doesn’t agree that the vaccines are safe for all who qualify. Indeed, Facebook is already doing the censoring, just not fast enough to please the president.

Shame on him for trying to gut the First Amendment.
