For events, suites come with private restrooms, food, beverage, and parking. When the stadium hosted the 2018 Super Bowl, Courtyard by Marriott turned a field-level suite into a hotel room for a contest winner. This could also be a trend: Drake recently rented out all of Dodger Stadium for dinner for two.
