HE’S got 99 problems, and 100 job openings. Jay-Z (above) is resuming service at his 40/40 Club in Madison Square and is looking to hire, we hear. The hot spot is holding an open call for bartenders and servers where hopefuls will “audition” and showcase their skills. We hear that the club plans to pay waitstaff, who also get tips, $20 per hour, much more than minimum wage. Said a source: “Jay is attempting to stimulate the food and nightlife economy in NYC.” The club is reopening Wednesday, and will celebrate its 18th year. The club’s been known as a hangout for stars such as Justin Bieber, Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Mary J. Blige.
