ETC.: LPGA cancels Taiwan event

The LPGA Tour and the Swinging Skirts Golf Foundation canceled the Taiwan Swinging Skirts LPGA because of ongoing travel and border restrictions and current health concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Blue Jackets signed defenseman Zach Werenski to a six-year, $57.5 million extension through the 2027-28 season.
