Arrested man dies in hosp

A man died in police custody at a Staten Island hospital early Friday — hours after he was arrested for allegedly molesting a female employee, cops said.

Daniel Milton, 22, was initially taken to Staten Island University Hospital North on Thursday evening for a head injury he sustained while jumping down stairs, authorities said.

While at the hospital, he grabbed a 26-year-old employee’s buttocks, cops said. Cops responded and arrested him.

While in custody, he “became combative” and was medicated, police said. After midnight Friday, he had difficulty breathing and then died.
