No-gain Morgan

“REAL Housewife” Sonja Morgan has taken her townhouse off the market — again — after eight years without an offer, The Post’s Mary K. Jacob reports. Morgan first listed the UES home in 2013 for $9.95 million amid a bankruptcy case following her divorce from J.P. Morgan heir John A. Morgan. In 2018, she tried renting the five-story residence for $32,000 per month, property records show, and the home was back up for sale last summer for $8.75 million. But Morgan delisted the property as of last week. She has said, “This house is nothing more than a financial [and] emotional drain.”
