All-civilian countdown

Elon Musk’s SpaceX this week will launch the next billionaire into space with three other astro tourists in what’s poised to be the first all-civilian crew to reach Earth’s orbit.

Jared Isaacman, founder and CEO of Shift4 Payments, also an accomplished jet pilot, will lead the trip, blasting off as soon as Wednesday from Cape Canaveral, Fla., spending three days in orbit before splashing down in the Atlantic Ocean.
