Duo a ‘Curb’ ball
THE award for most intriguing lunch date of the year so far goes to Timothée Chalamet and Larry David. Paparazzi caught Chalamet, 25, and David, 74, eating together Monday at the sceney Sant Ambroeus in Manhattan. Despite the unlikely pairing of the cranky comic and the spritely star, the actors appeared to be having a blast, exchanging laughs over a casual meeting with David’s 25-year-old daughter, Romy, along with another guest (believed to be Romy’s boyfriend, Josiah Adams) who was drinking espresso martinis with the “Curb Your Enthusiasm” creator. It’s not David’s first intergenerational adventure this month. A video went viral of the comedian sitting front row at STAUD’s spring 2022 show during New York Fashion Week while plugging his ears with his fingers to drown out the pumping music.
