Real-life West-world on UES

-

KANYE West was spotted meeting yet again with former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen for coffee on the Upper East Side — but this time, the eccentric rapper was wearing the same strange prosthetic mask he’d been seen in at JFK Airport a day earlier.

A witness said that the unlikely duo (pictured below) were at Sant Ambroeus at Loews Regency Hotel, along with p.r. guru Ronn Torossian and Israeli judo champ Or Sasson.

Sources exclusively told us that Democratic mayoral candidate Eric Adams was also meant to meet up with West and the group, but that he got tied up at another meeting in Midtown.

When we reached out to Cohen — who’s still under house arrest for another 34 days as part of his 2018 sentence on campaign fraud charges — for comment, he told us the rapper donned the mask to try to get some privacy after he’d been mobbed by fans at the coffee bar.

“We were just getting together,” Cohen coyly said. And while he and West got together at the same location earlier this month, Cohen declined to elaborate on what they’ve been meeting about.

“The purpose [of the mask],” he said, “was so that people would not recognize [West]. The first 10 minutes we sat down, he was mobbed by people . . . He put on this mask to give him some anonymity, which, interestingly enough, did not really work.”

When we suggested to Cohen that maybe he should try wearing a mask around town for more privacy, he jokingly shot back, “I’ve seen your face — maybe you need a mask!”

“Kanye was very calm and relaxed with no security,” 5WPR CEO Torossian told us. “He was wearing the mask most of the time and said he was wearing it so he could walk around freely.”

He added, “There was no security — he was just wandering the streets with the mask. He was a pleasant guy. He and Michael Cohen were talking about real estate.”
