JUNK bond king Michael Milken could help timeshare tycoon Stephen Cloobeck rehabilitate his image after a failed and highly litigated relationship with OnlyFans star Stefanie Gurzanski.
The real-estate mogul — who made $2.2 billion when he sold Diamond Resorts in 2016 — held several events over the past week at his newly finished Beverly Hills home during the annual global finance conference hosted by Milken.
Cloobeck hosted more than 100 people at his newly finished “Papillon Estate” on Sunday evening.
And more than 50 guests joined Cloobeck on Monday night for an event supporting Milken’s Prostate Cancer Foundation.
Milken attended both events and in remarks on Sunday said Cloobeck’s butterfly decor was emblematic of the transformation the Milken Institute tries to encourage in people’s lives. Papillon is French for “butterfly.”
Noticeably absent from Milken’s remarks was any mention of Stefanie Gurzanski.
A person close to Cloobeck tells The Post the two men are close friends, having met at synagogue in Los Angeles when Cloobeck was 13.
Cloobeck remains in litigation with Gurzanski in multiple suits. He claims in court docs that she misled him and used his home without his knowledge for various photo shoots. She claims he defamed her and posted private photos, according to the lawsuit.
The timeshare tycoon has taken an aggressive stance against his former flame so he can redeem his name that’s been dragged through the mud, according to a source.
Hosting events like the ones at his Papillon are part of that redemption, the source said.
“If he didn’t clear his name, no one would show up to his house,” this person adds. “It was reason he engaged in this legal battle to begin with.”
