Meet LiLo’s new man-ager

-

LINDSAY Lohan’s new fiancé, Bader Shammas, has been quietly working to help mastermind her career comeback, Page Six has exclusively learned.

While Shammas appears to have a day job in banking, a source close to Lohan said he has secretly been helping make deals for her.

The source said: “Bader has been managing Lindsay, organizing her appearances and helping her land her big Netflix deal.”

The “Mean Girls” actress is starring in a Netflix untitled holiday romantic comedy as a spoiled, newly engaged hotel heiress who gets total amnesia after a skiing accident.

Lohan, 35, and Shammas, 34, are believed to have been introduced to each other through friends in Dubai, where the actress settled in 2014 and where he currently also resides. They have been dating for two years.

Her rep didn’t comment, but an insider insisted that Lohan has her own lawyer and agent and Shammas has “nothing to do with any of it but being supportive . . . He has his own career.”

She surprised her fans when she announced her engagement to Shammas, writing on Instagram on Sunday, “My love. My life. My family. My future. @bader.shammas #love.” Lohan also showed off her new Harry Winston ring, worth an estimated $150,000.

According to a LinkedIn profile in Shammas’ name, he works as an assistant vice president at Credit Suisse and worked at BNP Paribas.

In 2012, he received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Tampa.

He has been based in Dubai since at least 2013, according to his LinkedIn, and sources say he is very well connected in the region.

Yet he has remained very low-key, maintaining an Instagram account that is private. In 2019, Lohan told Howard Stern she wanted to date someone who wasn’t in the public eye. “I want to date a guy that’s a businessman — doesn’t have Instagram, doesn’t have social media,” she said. “I think it will happen when it’s meant to happen.”
