Kanye’s muse in Paris spat

-

KANYE West’s new girlfriend Julia Fox got into a public spat at Paris couture fashion week with none other than Libbie Mugrabi, the Manhattan socialite and Page Six regular.

The sartorial stink started when Mugrabi approached Fox, 31, at the legendary Hotel Costes in the French capital on Tuesday to ask if Ye’s new muse would agree to be paid a fee to be photographed in her friend Celia Kritharioti’s high-fashion designs.

Mugrabi, 42, claims Fox — who has been parading around Paris with Ye in a range of eyepopping outfits while attending the haute couture shows — simply snapped in A-List style, “Talk to my stylist,” who was sitting nearby.

Things then took a distinctly unstylish turn when Mugrabi declined and said she’d rather talk to Fox directly.

Mugrabi told Page Six, “Julia was sitting in the restaurant with a group of people who were all in black — black lipstick, looked like they had been dressed by the scary section of the Spirit Halloween store.”

Then, “when I said I didn’t want to talk to her stylist, Fox seemed insulted and screamed, ‘You are being very rude to my friend!’ She also accused me of being inebriated, which I was not.” Fox apparently told Mugrabi, “You must be drunk or something.”

Fox’s fabulous friends also jumped into the unfashionable fray. Downtown fixture Richie Shazam dramatically exclaimed, “This is a setup! We are probably being taped!” Reps for Fox did not comment.

Mugrabi, who was at the hotel with model and Vivienne Westwood muse Tafari Hinds, continued, “I just said, ‘Bye, have a nice evening,’ and walked away.”

The socialite — who has never been shy of publicity and has been in a seemingly endless divorce with New York art scion David Mugrabi — added that on her way out of the hotel, she spotted Ye in another room. “Kanye and Julia weren’t even together,” she said. “And she’s not that attractive in person.”
