Frankel in fotog flap

“Real Housewives of New York City” alum Bethenny Frankel was sued in Manhattan federal court Monday by a photographer who says she broke copyright laws by posting his photo of stormravaged Puerto Rico online.

Frankel, 51, who was involved in philanthropic work on the island, posted the shot on Instagram in May 2018, months after photographer Marcus Santos registered it with the US Copyright Office, the suit alleges.

Her reps did not respond to requests for comment.
