‘Kid attraction’ hire slammed

An academic who resigned from a Virginia university after saying it wasn’t necessarily immoral for adults to be sexually attracted to kids has been hired by a Johns Hopkins center aimed at preventing child sexual abuse.

Allyn Walker’s hire by the Moore Center for Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse is being slammed by critics who say such work should be centered on victims. Neither Hopkins nor Moore responded to a request for comment.
