McCarthy’s Kat call

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy slammed Gov. Hochul on Thursday for failing to dump “prosecutors that won’t uphold the law.”

The California Republican, in Manhattan to host a law-enforcement roundtable, hit back after Hochul’s campaign called him an “insurrection apologist.”

“Really?” he said with a laugh when asked about the jab. “I would simply say to the governor, get rid of the prosecutors that won’t uphold the law. You have the power to do it, do it today.”
