Bear market for EmRata ex

-

WAS it a case of a Ratajkowski fleeing a sinking ship?

Page Six has learned that around the same time Emily Ratajkowski decided to divorce her soon-to-be ex-husband, Sebastian BearMcClard, he was canned from his own company for alleged “complaints about his behavior.”

Bear-McClard denies that he’s been fired, and told Page Six that he’s taken some time off to take care of his sick mother.

A source told us that the “Uncut Gems” producer was, er, cut from Elara Pictures, which he helped found, last month.

Bear-McClard launched the company in 2014 with filmmakers Josh and Benny Safdie and producer Oscar Boyson.

Last month, Page Six exclusively reported that the model was divorcing her husband of four years after he allegedly cheated on her.

“Yeah, he cheated,” a source told Page Six. “He’s a serial cheater. It’s gross. He’s a dog.”

Ratajkowski seemed to confirm the report by liking tweets about Bear-McClard’s infidelity.

“Can’t believe that little bitch cheated on emrata,” read one succinct tweet that got love from EmRata herself.

The pair married in February 2018 after being friends for a while but dating for only two weeks. They welcomed son Sylvester in March 2021.

Sources previously told Page Six that BearMcClard has been “begging her to give him another chance.”

But that isn’t “going to happen because she did her own digging and discovered even more s - - t he did behind her back.”

Elara declined to comment on BearMcClard’s termination, but sources familiar with the situation confirmed he was given the heave-ho.

Bear-McClard told us of his alleged canning: “I’m an owner of the company, I’m not an employee. I’m taking some time off from work to deal with my mother’s health and the well-being of my family.”
