A West Virginia judge pulled out a gun while presiding over a court case and seemed to point it at a lawyer, video footage shows.
The lawyer in the crosshairs says she felt threatened and intimidated, but apparently an investigation found the judge did nothing wrong and was just moving the gun while on the bench.
